With field services staff working out of our Birmingham, Chicago and Elko facilities, Tricon® is prepared to be on your site when you need us. Our Field Engineers are trained in manufacturing and fabrication, and can help you design replacement parts that will increase service life, reduce down time and minimize maintenance costs. From small hammer tips to conveyors and chipper hoods, Tricon® can help.

Our inside staff of detailers and engineers takes your field measurements and converts them to CAD drawings. We generate CNC burning programs from the drawings to ensure precise fit-up during manufacturing. For load critical applications, we have the latest finite element stress analysis software to analyze load patterns, predict stress concentration areas and design problem areas out prior to manufacturing. Tools include:
» AutoCad 3D
» Algor Finite Element Analysis
» CNC Burning programming
» Navision estimating, workflow and database software
