LDPE Hyper Compressor Plungers

• We offer 40+ years experience in manufacturing solid cemented carbide hyper compressor plungers, liners, bushings, valves, and bearings for polyolefin applications.
• Kennametal's grade K94 carbide is industry standard for LDPE plungers.
• We can manufacture plungers up to 7 inches (180mm) in diameter and up to 60 inches (1525mm) in length.

Underwater Pelletizing Plates

• We manufacture custom-designed pelletizing plates to exact customer specifications.
• Capable of fabricating plate sizes up to 49 inches (1250mm) in diameter for lines that can produce up to 50 tons or more per hour.
